This beautiful environment demands that we take a different view.
Seaspray is one of the last (if not the last) undeveloped headlands on the east coast of Australia. Spectacular views carry you out to the Coral Sea to the magnificent Keppel Group of Islands, while pristine beaches, forest, rocky headland and tidal wetlands hug an unspoilt coastline.
Seaspray’s commitment to environmentally responsible development was demonstrated when they handed back more than half the site (over 60 hectares) to the State Government for preservation as a national park for everyone to enjoy.
Seaspray has established its own on-site Nursery which ensures a ready supply of propagated, indigenous native plants and ground covers for its pristine streetscape and parklands. On-site dams capture storm water run off, which provides irrigation for landscaping and on-going maintenance, whilst creating a haven for the area’s local birdlife.
The first smart house in Queensland’s Sustainable Homes program was constructed by Seaspray in May 2006. The demonstration home, “Sustainable Zilzie”, situated on Lot 21 (which has been sold) highlights social, environmental and economical benefits by incorporating simple, smart climate-sensitive design features that are attainable for everyone.
Seaspray’s architecture will always work with the environment - it could almost be called camouflage. You can also be assured that your view to the islands will never be obstructed.
At Seaspray the house lots are generous and the town planning requirements sympathetic.
Simply put...Seaspray is breathtaking in beauty and revolutionary in vision.
